Manoj Babu
Ph.D., M.B.A.
Founder & CEO
Spanning a career in pharmaceutical industry in the United States from 1996, Manoj has worked for and with American and numerous international companies. Functions of focus have included strategy, portfolio selection, product development, business development, sales, in-licensing, out-licensing and commercialization of pharmaceuticals.
Manoj holds a M.Sc. in Chemistry from
Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India,
a M.S. and Ph.D. in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A. and a M.B.A. from Duke University Fuqua School of Business in Durham, North Carolina, U.S.A.
Over the course of his academic and professional career, Manoj has authored numerous scientific publications in
peer-reviewed academic journals and patents.

With over 32 years of experience in legal matters in pharmaceutical fields, Bob brings invaluable experience & wisdom to Kartha. Bob has been a partner in highly respected law firms and has held highest legal positions in top generic companies.

Kunal has a strong acumen and hands-on expertise in clinical development with regulatory and business insights. He works as a consultant for various Indian, American, European and Chinese pharmaceutical companies.
Kunal holds a Bachelors in Pharmacy from Mumbai University, Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research from highly reputed Ramnarain Ruia College, Mumbai and also holds a Masters in Business Administration from National Institute of Management, Mumbai. He has been a speaker on various national and International pharmaceutical and institutional platforms.

Starting medical training in 1985 and practicing medicine since 1990, Dr. Boby Cherian brings
drive, compassion and knowledge to Kartha Pharmaceuticals’, mission and vision.
Dr. Boby is an academician, researcher and a compassionate physician. For the past 31 years, Dr. Boby has practiced in hospitals,
in-patient clinics and out-patient clinics in
the area of general / internal, cardiology, dermatology, venereology, geriatric, community, medicine. Over his, very active career, Dr. Boby has practiced medicine in numerous States in India, in United Kingdom and Kuwait.
Dr. Boby holds M.B.B.S., from India, M.D., in General / Internal Medicine from India, and M.R.C.P. from United Kingdom. Ever the student that Dr. Boby is, he has numerous
certifications from world-renowned institutions such as Johns Hopkins University, The Mayo
Clinic, European Society of Cardiology etc.,
Over the course of his academic and professional career, Dr. Boby has authored numerous scientific publications in
peer-reviewed academic journals and has been a featured speaker on medical topics on innumerable occasions.
